Prohibits sex-reassignment prescriptions and procedures for minors in Florida and allows the Attorney General to sue for damages.

This bill prohibits health care practitioners from providing sex-reassignment prescriptions or procedures to minors in Florida. It also allows the Attorney General to investigate and bring civil actions against practitioners who violate this prohibition, seeking damages, injunctive relief, and civil penalties of up to $100,000 per violation. Any damages collected will benefit the injured minor. The bill takes effect July 1, 2026.
