Limits foreign students at Florida public colleges and universities to 10% of total enrollment.
The bill creates a new section in Florida Statutes to limit the number of foreign students enrolled in public postsecondary educational institutions to no more than 10% of the total number of students. This applies to both Florida College System institutions and state universities. The State Board of Education and the Board of Governors are required to adopt rules and regulations to administer this section. The act is set to take effect on July 1, 2026.
