This bill creates exemptions from public records and meetings requirements for certain personal identifying information and meeting records of emergency medical technicians, paramedics, and physician assistants. The exemptions apply to information held by the Department of Health, the Board of Medicine, or the Board of Osteopathic Medicine. The bill also exempts recordings, minutes, and records generated during meetings of the Interstate Commission for EMS Personnel Practice and the Physician Assistant Licensure Compact Commission.
