Prohibits certain employers from requiring pronoun use that does not match an employee's or contractor's sex.

The bill, titled the "Freedom of Conscience in the Workplace Act," establishes that it is an unlawful employment practice for certain employers to require training on sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
