Exempts certain injunction petitions and related documents from public records in Florida.

This bill amends Florida law to exempt from public records certain petitions for injunctions against domestic violence, repeat violence, dating violence, sexual violence, serious violence by a known person, stalking, or cyberstalking. The exemption applies to petitions, affidavits, notices of hearing, and temporary injunctions until the respondent is served. It also exempts petitions dismissed without a hearing or for insufficient claims from public disclosure.
