Establishes a Miami Carol City Senior High School Alumni license plate to fund school programs.
The bill directs the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to create a Miami Carol City Senior High School Alumni license plate. The Chief Hall Association, Inc. will receive fees from the sale of these plates, using up to 10 percent for administrative costs and marketing. The remaining fees will fund academic, athletic, extracurricular, and auxiliary programs for students at Miami Carol City Senior High School, as well as programs aimed at student achievement. The act takes effect July 1, 2026.
