Prohibits products liability actions for failure to warn if pesticide label meets EPA conditions.

This bill creates a new section in the Florida Pesticide Law, prohibiting products liability actions based on failure to warn if the pesticide's label is approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, consistent with the most recent human health risk assessment, or consistent with the EPA's carcinogenicity classification. An exception exists if the EPA determines the manufacturer knowingly withheld or misrepresented information to obtain label approval.
