To direct the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct a study relating to 1-800-MEDICARE.

To ensure coverage for the treatment of infertility for certain conditions.

To direct the Secretary of the Treasury to list the Council on American-Islamic Relations and its chapter affiliates as Specially Designated Global Terrorists, and for other purposes.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to prohibit return to a county of concern with an asylum application.

To clarify that sex discrimination under title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 does not include discrimination on the basis of gender identity.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to submit to Congress an annual report on the number of Department of Defense proficiency flights occurring in the National Capitol Region.
