The resolution authorizes the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship to make expenditures for fiscal years 2025-2027. Expenses for the period March 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025, shall not exceed $2,769,908. Expenses for the period October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, shall not exceed $4,748,413. Expenses for the period October 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, shall not exceed $1,978,505. Vouchers shall not be required for certain payments.
