The Stop Secret Spending Act of 2025 amends the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 to improve transparency of federal spending. It mandates the Secretary of the Treasury and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to establish requirements ensuring complete and accurate information is posted by federal agencies on USAspending.gov. The bill also requires the Comptroller General to recommend updates to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to ensure automatic transmission of other transaction agreements data to USAspending.gov.
