The Supporting Rural Veterans Access to Healthcare Services Act amends the Caregivers and Veterans Omnibus Health Services Act of 2010. It modifies the Department of Veterans Affairs' transportation grant program to include Tribal organizations and Native Hawaiian organizations as eligible grant recipients. The bill also raises the maximum grant amount to $50,000 and allows for an additional 50% increase for counties with more than five off-road communities. Funding for the program is adjusted to be as necessary for fiscal years 2025 through 2029.
