Guarding Readiness Resources Act ensures funds reimbursed to the National Guard Bureau are credited appropriately.

The Guarding Readiness Resources Act mandates that funds reimbursed to the National Guard Bureau from states, territories, or the District of Columbia for using military property be credited to the appropriate appropriation, fund, or account. These funds can only be used by the Department of Defense for repair, maintenance, replacement, or similar functions related to assets used by National Guard units while operating under State active duty status.
