The No DeepSeek on Government Devices Act prohibits executive agencies from using the DeepSeek application.

The No DeepSeek on Government Devices Act prohibits the use of the DeepSeek application by executive agencies. The Director of the Office of Management and Budget, in consultation with other officials, must develop standards and guidelines for executive agencies to remove any covered application from information technology. The standards and guidelines must include exceptions for law enforcement activities, national security interests and activities, and security researchers.
