S.675

Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Act

Chamber Passed·6/23/26

Authorizes federal grants and artifact loans to the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in Medora, North Dakota.

The bill authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to provide grants to the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Foundation for the establishment of the library, up to a total of $50,000,000. The Secretary may not provide these grants until the Foundation certifies it has received at least $100,000,000 from non-federal sources. The grants can only be used for the establishment of the library, not for its maintenance or operation.
