The No IRIS Act of 2025 prohibits the Environmental Protection Agency from using assessments generated by the Integrated Risk Information System as a tier 1 data source in rulemakings and other regulatory, enforcement, or permitting actions. This means the EPA cannot rely on these assessments when developing, finalizing, or issuing rules or regulations, or when carrying out other regulatory, enforcement, or permitting actions.
