Establishes the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program to fund prevention, treatment, and recovery services in rural areas.

The RCORP Authorization Act amends the Public Health Service Act to maintain the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program. This program provides grants and cooperative agreements to eligible entities, including states, Indian Tribes, and other domestic entities, to establish and expand services for substance use disorders in rural areas. Funds can be used for planning, evidence-based service delivery, responding to public health issues, and technical assistance. Grants cannot be used for real property acquisition or improvement and are limited to a 5-year period.
