The Jimmy Deal Trafficking Survivors Assistance Act of 2026 aims to help trafficking survivors who lack government-issued identification access air travel. It requires the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to establish Trafficking Survivor Points of Contact (TSPoC) at airports. These TSPoCs assist survivors through airport security screenings and travel procedures. Nonprofit service providers can request assistance for survivors through the TSA Cares program. The TSA must waive identity verification fees for these survivors.
