Provides a private cause of action for exposure of personally identifiable information in documents released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

The REDACT Act amends the Epstein Files Transparency Act to allow individuals to sue the United States for damages if their personally identifiable information is exposed in documents released under the Act. This exposure must constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
