Enhances export control enforcement by expediting decisions on Entity List modifications.
The Export Control Enforcement and Enhancement Act amends the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 to expedite the consideration of proposals for additions to, removals from, or other modifications to the Entity List. The End-User Review Committee must vote on such proposals within 30 days, with the option to suspend this period for an additional 15 days if more information is needed. The chairperson can also suspend the voting period if all committee members unanimously agree. The Act maintains a presumption of denial for license applications involving entities on the Entity List.
