Precision Agriculture Cybersecurity Act mandates cybersecurity assessments and reports on precision agriculture technologies.

The Precision Agriculture Cybersecurity Act requires the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Homeland Security to prepare a report on cybersecurity threats to precision agriculture technologies. The report must evaluate current cyber-threats, assess threats from foreign countries of concern, identify gaps in U.S. planning, and recommend solutions. The Comptroller General must also conduct a study on federal coordination and collaboration on cybersecurity in precision agriculture technologies, and submit a report to Congress.
