The Strategic Unmanned Systems Partnership Act establishes a U.S.-Ukraine Strategic Defense Innovation Working Group. This group will explore pathways for co-developing, co-producing, and acquiring Ukraine-designed unmanned systems. The Working Group will prioritize systems that have demonstrated high operational utility in active combat and offer strategic capability enhancements for the United States Armed Forces. It will also assess supply chain dependencies, identify barriers to acquisition, and develop mutual technology transfer frameworks.
