The Guaranteeing Universal Access to Cybersecurity Act restores funding to the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center. It requires the Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to enter into a cooperative agreement with the operator of the Center to provide federal support for cybersecurity services, cyber threat intelligence collection and dissemination, and technical assistance to state, local, tribal, and territorial entities.
