The Protecting Sensitive Locations Act amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to restrict immigration enforcement actions within 1,000 feet of sensitive locations, such as schools, healthcare facilities, and places of worship, unless exigent circumstances exist. Exigent circumstances include imminent risk of death, violence, or physical harm, or the immediate arrest of an individual posing a danger to public safety.
