Improving Emerging Tech Opportunities for Veterans Act of 2026

Expands veterans' education programs to include emerging technologies and requires promotion of these opportunities.

The Improving Emerging Tech Opportunities for Veterans Act of 2026 amends title 38, United States Code, to include emerging technologies in the high technology program for veterans. It mandates that the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, in partnership with critical stakeholders, prominently display and promote emerging technologies, courses of education, industries, and occupations on the Department of Veterans Affairs website and in transition services. The Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Labor are also required to promote these opportunities in their respective transition services.
