The Dry-Redwater Regional Water Authorization Act authorizes the Dry-Redwater Regional Water Authority System in Montana and North Dakota to ensure a safe and adequate municipal, rural, and industrial water supply. The Secretary of the Interior may carry out the project in accordance with a Bureau of Reclamation feasibility study. The Water System may use federal funds for water pumping facilities, water intake facilities, and distribution, pumping, and storage facilities.
