The Caring for All Families Act amends the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 to expand the definition of family members for whom employees can take leave. This includes domestic partners, parent-in-law, adult children, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings, uncles, aunts, nephews, and nieces. It also allows leave for any other individual whose close association is the equivalent of a family relationship.
