The Securing America’s Drug Supply from Communist China Act requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to review drug applications from entities affiliated with the People’s Republic of China, the Chinese Communist Party, or the People’s Liberation Army. The Secretary must determine if the sponsor is a PRC-, CCP-, or PLA-affiliated entity. If so, the Secretary cannot approve the drug application.
