Federal Prosecutorial Accountability Act amends title 28, United States Code, to bar attorneys sanctioned by a court from temporarily representing the Government. Specifically, it prohibits attorneys sanctioned under rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure from representing the Government in court and filings for one year. The Office of Professional Responsibility of the Department of Justice will enforce this rule.
