The Endless Mountains National Heritage Area Act designates the Endless Mountains National Heritage Area in Pennsylvania as a component of the National Heritage Area System. It includes Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties, with boundaries to be established by the Secretary based on a feasibility study. The Endless Mountains Heritage Region, Inc. will serve as the local coordinating entity. The Secretary of the Interior must approve a management plan within three years of enactment, and the authority to provide assistance will terminate 15 years after the act's enactment.
