The FLAP Reauthorization Act reauthorizes the Federal lands access program, which provides funding for infrastructure improvements to access federal lands. The bill authorizes appropriations from the Highway Trust Fund, excluding the Mass Transit Account, for fiscal years 2027 through 2031. Each year's funding incrementally increases, starting at $313,975,000 in 2027 and ending at $333,975,000 in 2031.
