Expands the Project ECHO Grant Program to include dementia care training.
The Accelerating Access to Dementia and Alzheimer’s Provider Training Act, or AADAPT Act, amends the Public Health Service Act to expand the Project ECHO Grant Program. This program will now include training for dementia care, allowing public and nonprofit private entities to participate. The bill aims to build capacity and disseminate knowledge to address Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
