Directs the Secretary of the Interior to transfer Clear Creek Hatchery infrastructure to the Nisqually Indian Tribe.

This bill mandates the Secretary of the Interior to transfer all rights and interests of the United States in the Clear Creek Hatchery infrastructure to the Nisqually Indian Tribe. The transfer must occur within 90 days of the bill's enactment and is to be done without consideration. The Secretary and the Nisqually Indian Tribe may mutually agree to correct any minor errors in the map or legal description. The finalized map and legal description will be available for public inspection in relevant offices of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
