The Secretary of Commerce must establish this process, which allows for exclusion if the article is a critical homebuilding product or if the median price of a single-family home exceeds five times the median household income. The Secretary must adjudicate exclusion requests within 15 days for critical homebuilding products and 60 days for other covered articles.
