S.3915

Specialty CROP Act of 2026 Specialty Crops Reporting on Opportunities and Promotion Act of 2026

Introduced·2/25/26

The Specialty CROP Act of 2026 mandates an annual report on U.S. specialty crop export competitiveness.

The Specialty CROP Act of 2026 requires the Secretary of Agriculture, in consultation with the U.S. Trade Representative, to submit an annual report to Congress on the competitiveness of U.S. exports of specialty crops. The report must identify and analyze foreign acts, policies, or practices that hinder U.S. exports, including tariffs, nontariff barriers, and subsidies. It should also assess the impact of these barriers on U.S. exports and estimate the value of additional exports that could have occurred without them.
