Establishes the Grand Village of the Natchez Indians and Jefferson College as affiliated areas of the National Park System.

The bill establishes the Grand Village of the Natchez Indians and Jefferson College in Natchez, Mississippi, as affiliated areas of the National Park System. The Mississippi Department of Archives and History will serve as the management entity. The Secretary of the Interior will prepare a map of the affiliated areas and provide technical assistance and financial support for their marketing, marking, interpretation, and preservation. The Secretary is not authorized to acquire property or assume financial responsibility for the areas.
