The Family-to-Family Reauthorization Act of 2026 amends title V of the Social Security Act to extend funding for family-to-family health information centers. It provides funding for the period beginning January 31, 2026, and ending September 30, 2026, at the pro rata portion of the amount appropriated for fiscal year 2025, and $6,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2030. These centers offer health information and support to families with children who have special health care needs.
