The Keep Our Border Agents Paid Act amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to provide continuing appropriations for specific employees and contractors of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement during a lapse in appropriations. This includes pay for excepted employees and covered contractors, as well as benefits such as compensation for disability or death and funeral expenses. These appropriations remain available until the earlier of the enactment of an appropriations law or a regular appropriations act.
