The Stopping Grinch Bots Act of 2025 makes it unlawful for any person to circumvent control measures on internet websites or online services to enforce purchasing limits or manage inventory. The Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general can enforce this law, with the Commission having the authority to intervene in state civil actions.
