Auto Data Privacy and Autonomy Act aims to protect vehicle data privacy and give owners control over their data.

The Auto Data Privacy and Autonomy Act seeks to prevent manufacturers from accessing, selling, or sharing vehicle data without owner consent. It mandates that manufacturers provide vehicle owners with real-time access to and control over their data at no additional cost.
