Health Marketplace and Savings Accounts for All Act increases HSA contribution limits and expands HSA-eligible expenses.

The Health Marketplace and Savings Accounts for All Act increases contribution limits for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and expands the types of expenses that can be paid using HSA funds. The bill also allows for administrative error corrections before the tax return due date, permits HSA rollovers to children or parents of account holders, and provides bankruptcy protections for HSAs equivalent to those for retirement funds. The act also establishes health marketplace pools that can offer group health plans or insurance coverage, deemed as employers for these purposes.
