Establishes a special registration for physicians to administer schedule I eligible investigational drugs under the Federal Right to Try law.

The Freedom to Heal Act of 2025 amends the Controlled Substances Act to create a special registration process for physicians who wish to administer schedule I eligible investigational drugs to eligible patients under the Federal Right to Try law. The Attorney General must register physicians who submit the required application, which includes evidence of compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, among other things.
