Establishes a corporation to support the athletic programs of the United States Merchant Marine Academy.

The USMMA Athletics Act of 2025 establishes a corporation to support the athletic programs of the United States Merchant Marine Academy. The Secretary of Transportation may establish this corporation under the laws of New York. The corporation will operate exclusively for charitable, educational, and civic purposes. The Secretary may transfer assets and liabilities of a nonappropriated fund instrumentality to the corporation. The Secretary may also enter into contracts and cooperative agreements to support the athletic programs. The corporation may lease real property for up to five years.
