The Bring Our Heroes Home Act establishes the Missing Armed Forces and Civilian Personnel Records Review Board to ensure and facilitate the review, transmission to the Archivist, and public disclosure of missing Armed Forces and civilian personnel records. The Review Board is tasked with identifying, locating, and reviewing records in the custody of government offices, and transmitting copies to the Archivist. The Archivist is required to establish a collection of these records at the National Archives.
