The COACH Act requires the Small Business Administration to publish and update a resource guide for small businesses operating as child care.

The COACH Act amends the Small Business Act to mandate the Small Business Administration to publish or update a resource guide for small business concerns operating as child care providers. This guide must include guidance on operations, finances, compliance with relevant laws, training, safety, and quality. The guide will be published on a publicly accessible website in English and the 10 most commonly spoken languages in the United States. The Administrator must consult with relevant entities before publishing or updating the guide.
