S.3129

Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to restrict foreign nationals' contributions and protect donors' privacy.

The bill amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to further restrict contributions from foreign nationals in U.S. elections. It adds new restrictions on donations for voter registration, ballot collection, voter identification, and get-out-the-vote activities. It also prohibits knowingly aiding or facilitating such violations. The bill extends these restrictions to State and local ballot initiatives, referenda, and recall elections.
