Fisher House Availability Act of 2025 expands lodging access for military members and their families.

The Fisher House Availability Act of 2025 amends title 38, United States Code, to expand the availability of temporary lodging facilities for members of the Armed Forces, individuals on active duty, and their family members. These facilities, known as Fisher houses, are located near Department of Veterans Affairs medical facilities and are available on a space-available basis. The bill also establishes criteria for providing access to these facilities.
