Amends the National Labor Relations Act to change labor organization election rules.
The Worker Reforming Elections for Speedy and Unimpeded Labor Talks Act, also known as the Worker RESULTS Act, amends the National Labor Relations Act to change labor organization election rules. It requires that a majority of voters in a secret ballot election, in which not less than two-thirds of all employees in the unit vote, be the majority for certifying a representative. It extends the recertification window and allows for decertification during the initial bargaining phase.
