Adjusts dollar thresholds for National Labor Relations Board jurisdiction over labor disputes.

The Small Businesses before Bureaucrats Act amends the National Labor Relations Act to adjust the dollar thresholds for National Labor Relations Board jurisdiction over certain labor disputes. It mandates that the Board establish thresholds based on the Personal Consumption Expenditure Per Capita Index. The Director of the Bureau of Economic Analysis must annually prepare and publish an index reflecting per capita expenditures by individuals in the U.S. starting in 2027. The amendments apply to decisions made on or after January 1, 2026, or the date of enactment, whichever is later.
