The Tribal Warrant Fairness Act amends the U.S. Marshals Service's authority to include assisting in certain Tribal criminal matters. It modifies the Presidential Threat Protection Act of 2000 to recognize Indian Tribes in protective measures. The bill also updates the U.S. Marshals Service's jurisdiction to include Tribal fugitive matters, on request from an Indian Tribe.
