Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to clarify birthright citizenship for children born in the U.S. to certain non-citizen parents.

The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025 amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to clarify that children born in the United States to at least one parent who is a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien in lawful status serving in the armed forces are considered U.S. nationals and citizens at birth. This change does not affect the citizenship status of anyone born before the enactment of this Act.
